Returns

We want to build trust with our clients. We are also proud of the cars we sell, and feel assured of their quality. With this in mind, we offer 14 day returns policy on any car that has fault light appear on the dashboard within those 14 days.

If your new car has a fault light come on the dashboard within 14 days we will either seek to rectify the issue highlighted, or offer a full refund.

We will not refund a car that has damage to the bodywork, tyres, glass, bulbs or wipers. Essentially anything that can be damaged by the client. However, if anything goes wrong mechanically we will seek to rectify the issue at our own cost, or offer a refund.

Disclaimer:

**If the car has been mapped, or components deleted, or if the car has been modified in any way since the sale, we will not offer any refund or rectification. Any such actions void our policy and responsibility.

**We also ask that you you do not travel more than 300 miles in the car during those 14 days.

**We ask you to return it in the same condition that it was in when you purchased it. We’ll need to charge for any damage done to the vehicle during that time.

**We ask that you return the V5C certificate and other paperwork that came with the car when you purchased it.
